surgeries by ayurvedic surgeons

dear sir
        I have seen many BAMS, MS in general surgery(Ayur) doing
Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy etc anesthesia is being given by
allopathic anesthetist, Similarly BAMS ,MD Obs & Gyn (Ayur) doing LSCS
and anesthesia given by allopathic anesthetist.
 Sir I want to know the legal position for Ayurvedic surgeon doing
such surgeries and allopathic anesthetist giving anesthesia ?

can radiologist handover the xray film and report to patients in cases of private medico-legal cases,private medico legal cases are those cases where patients himself come for his medico legal examination without informing police,he pay the fees as prescribed by government.
